How do you know you’re a gardener? When the annual compost delivery makes you much happier than shoe shopping ever could. This will keep me busy for a while.
Compost Mountain (as my daughter calls it). It actually looks much bigger in real life!

Lara,
I did some gardening last weekend because things were looking warm… and because I’m not a green thumb. Then, what the crap, State College decided winter’s not over yet.
So bummed. I covered the strawberry plant and luckily, I am starting most of the seeds indoors.
Can’t WAIT for real Spring weather.
Haha, Kasey I feel your pain! It could be worse, though…I have a friend in the Poconos who said they got 9 inches of snow the day we were getting rain.
I see we are on the same wave length ..!!
..except for right now what’s left of the pile is now frozen again!
