Then and Now – Sweet Sixteen

Post image for Then and Now – Sweet Sixteen

Our daughter turns 16 today. Sixteen! Hard to believe. She and I were flipping through her baby book the other day and I was reminded of this photo I took of her when she was still a toddler. So, of course, proud mamma had to take another photo of her (she humors me) to mark the occasion. (In case you’re wondering, that’s her sniffing the HT ‘Mr Lincoln’ on the left and the Floribunda ‘Grüss an Aachen’ on the right.) Happy Birthday, baby girl!

What a great age! Happy birthday! She’s so lucky to have kept her beautiful auburn locks!

I LOVE this! And Lara, somewhere in our old photos I have a picture of you doing the exact same thing, sniffing a rose in the garden. These most important things never change. Happy Birthday to Madison, we are all blessed to have her in our lives!
