A beautiful afternoon spent in the garden yielded the following rewards: pentstemon seed pods for scattering, some finished compost for the roses–yum, Asiatic lily stem bulbils for propagating and an abandoned house wren nest.

I know, hahaha! I thought what the heck am I doing posting a picture of a pile of dirt? And then I remembered my audience.
