The bugs! The bugs! When we started growing squash last summer, I could not believe how many insects just suddenly appeared in my garden! They're still lingering on my roses, too, which does not please me one bit, no it does not. I've never had that problem with other veggies but for some reason, yellow squash (and cucumbers) are like the Typhoid Mary in our garden. By the way, I love your idea to grow 'Moon and Stars' up a trellis.
