    1. These sample tins burn cool; in other words, it’s best to allow them to develop as full of a melt-pool as possible during each burn cycle. I find that burning them for 3-4 hours at a stretch is best.
    2. Always allow for your candle to cool completely before re-lighting and don’t forget to pinch off the top of the wick to remove any excess carbon before re-lighting.
