14kt Gold Sealing Wax Ring

I recently inherited an old sealing wax stamp from my grandfather which has an elaborate “L” on it. (My grandfather and I share the same last name.) It’s pretty neat, although I admit I wasn’t sure what letter it was until I saw that it was indicated on the handle of the stamp. Anyways, this morning I was making a signet ring for a customer and it got me to thinking could I stamp something in the gold while it’s still molten? So I did, and this was the result. Fun! I like all the crazy texture that showed up; it reminds me of the weave in silk fabric. I’m wondering if I should offer these in the shop with other letters?
