Funny story, just last weekend I was reading about a garden where the rosarian grows about 800 roses. 800!!! Was I a little jealous? You bet. I told my husband, “Just about 750 more to go…” and I think he was probably wondering what he got himself into. 😉
Gezzy Petes! 800 roses.. how do they take care of them.. Saturday when we got home from his brothers house my sister in law is renting a house and she has a beautiful purple/pink but more on the purple side climber that smell like nothing I have ever smelled and I took some cuttings and my boyfriend said “you need to stop cuttings people’s roses, every time we go some where do hack there roses” thats completely not true but he went on complaining saying that I’m not going to have 25 roses and I said not yet I’m not hehe… Hopefully one day we will move out into the country and I can have the space to have a rose garden. I am reading historical romance books and the author writes about rose gardens and the smells, the blooms and I have my mind set on one day having one of those 🙂
